For a number of years, Magnolia Computer Consultants acted as lead integrator on a system implemented on a number of embedded hardware platforms for both fixed and rotary wing aircraft as part of mission management research programmes undertaken for MoD by QinetiQ. Their role included the integration of software provided by other developers within the team, and integrating the whole onto the hardware platforms. They were always forward-thinking and proactive, liaising with hardware manufacturers whenever necessary and without supervision, ensuring that technical leaders where in possession of the maximum information available from which to make decisions. Their dedication ensured that the inevitable uncertainties resulting from research were overcome to ensure successful completion to achieve tight deadlines in even tighter budgets. Magnolia Computer Consultants supplied Senior Portfolio Manager Services to Thales to lead the design, development, cybersecurity, qualification, production and delivery of proximity fuze projects and bids for both UK and export customers.

Magnolia Computer Consultants supplied Head of Design Services for the New Style of IT and MODNet Deployed programmes to the UK MOD, introducing new governance and quality processes whilst coaching and supporting the design team's move to Agile development (Scrum).
